Over the past 3 years, I've worked in B2B products, service design, and HCI research across the US, Sweden, and Korea. Currently, I'm completing my Master's in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington.

MathWorks, where I grew into a confident and proactive researcher by leading a project in a cross-functional, technical environment. Special thanks to my managers for their generous mentorship. With Microsoft (in-class project), I learned how to run fast and efficient usability studies and turn findings into design decisions. At Hankook Research (with Hyundai), I learned how to deliver insights that resonate with different actors in the ecosystem. New Design Studio opened my eyes to a new dimension of design that fosters dialogue and scaffolds sustainable innovation. Apple Developer Academy, where I explored product development from A to Z through boundless collaboration. Interactive Product Design Lab, for welcoming an 18-year-old girl who sent a horribly long email, and for teaching me research from scratch. This is where my journey began.
